Sachem High School East celebrated its homecoming on Oct. 19. Ahead of the big football game, students across the district’s East side showed off their school spirit. The festivities began with the annual elementary parades where football players, cheerleaders and Arrowettes walked the halls of the elementary schools as younger Sachem students cheered them on.

Sachem East held its pep rally at the end of the school day on Oct. 18. Students filled the bleachers on the football field as each of the fall season athletic teams were introduced to the crowd. Additionally, each grade level crowned their homecoming royalty, and the Arrowettes and cheerleaders gave wonderful performances. The football team was the last to be announced, building the excitement for the game on Oct. 19.

The team took on Brentwood for a high-scoring homecoming, ending in a Sachem East win, 49-34.
