Both Sachem East and Sachem North football programs proudly represented the district this week at the annual Suffolk County Football Media Day ahead of the 2025 season kickoff.

Competing in Division I, both schools enter the year with high expectations and a tradition of toughness that has long defined Sachem's football program. 

Coaches and players discussed their offseason preparation, team chemistry, and the goals they’ve set as they pursue postseason success.

The countdown to kickoff is officially on — Sachem North kicks off Week 1 on September 12 at home against William Floyd at 6 p.m., while Sachem East will host Riverhead at 6:30 p.m. the same night.
