Sagamore Middle School proudly hosted its annual St. Baldrick’s event, bringing together students, staff and the community to raise funds for childhood cancer research. This year, the school has already raised an impressive $14,395, with participants showing their support by shaving their heads, donating hair and volunteering.
Sixth Grade Participants

Shavees: Ryan Parraga – Top Fundraiser; Lukas Carlos, George Csajko, Benjamin Sinacore.
Fundraising Volunteers: Mia Carlo, Brandon Carrano, Lilyanna Cintron, Teresa Fochetta, Madison Harrison, Gavin Hogan, James Nowak.
Staff Participants
Sagamore’s dedicated staff also joined the effort, with Dr. Armann, Mr. Berger, Mr. Gocinski, Mr. Hagan and Mr. Virga all bravely shaving their heads in solidarity.
Shamrock Shootout Winners
During the event, students participated in the exciting Shamrock Shootout basketball competition. Congratulations to the winners:
