Students at Seneca Middle School were overjoyed by the birth of their bobwhite quails. Library media specialist Ms. Estevez Creedon has assigned duties to the students to care for the birds. Some students change the water, while others add food, or change the bedding of the animals. Science classes are discussing conservation, relationships and balance in ecosystems, life cycles, biodiversity and citizen science as they observe the quails grow.
