Lynwood Avenue Elementary School students traveled the globe at the 2024 ENL International Festival. Students came together for a cultural celebration where they learned about four countries – Mexico, China, Brazil and El Salvador.

The event kicked off with a student performance and was followed by activity stations where students could get their passports stamped as they learned about each of the four countries. The fifth graders then shared presentations about the countries in front of the audience made up of their peers and families. In addition to the activities, the Sachem Public Library was present to give out library cards to students and families.
