Sachem student Isabelle Noble recently graduated from a prestigious 12-week Women in Technology program at BAE Systems in Greenlawn, NY. This program is highly selective, accepting only 12 students each year. It provides hands-on experience in all phases of engineering, offering participants an in-depth understanding of the engineering process.

Throughout the program, students design and complete three projects:

* Mechanical Engineering – Developing a project that solves a specific problem they identified.
* Electrical Engineering – Exploring electrical systems and design.
* Software Engineering – Gaining experience in coding and software development.

Isabelle’s accomplishment is a testament to her dedication and hard work, and we are incredibly proud of her success!
