Second graders at Waverly Elementary School participated in some festive fun with family members. Students invited guests to the building on Dec. 5 to help build gingerbread houses. The second graders used milk cartons, graham crackers and a variety of tasty treats to decorate their creations. The hands-on activity got students excited about the holiday season and the upcoming December break!
