Sachem North High School recently held its annual Spelling Bee competition, showcasing the incredible spelling prowess of students across all grade levels. The competition was a multi-round process, beginning with an in-class spelling test. Students who excelled in this test advanced to the in-class Spelling Bee, where the top 10-15 competitors faced off for a spot in the grade-level championship.

From there, the top two to three students in each grade moved on to the schoolwide championship. This year’s competition was fierce, with the final bee going through five exciting rounds of spelling!

In the end, four students emerged victorious:

* 9th Grade Winner: Maximillian Le.
* 10th Grade Winner and School Champion: Gianni Barnes.
* 11th Grade Winner: John Drogul.
* 12th Grade Winner: Daniel Gruttadauria.

Congratulations to all the participants and winners for their impressive performances!
